DELIVERY OF GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers will be sent exclusively via email in digital .pdf format to the address provided:
- for PayPal and Credit Card payments the Voucher is sent within a few minutes from the execution of the transaction
- for payments by bank transfer the voucher is sent as soon as possible, in any case within 72 hours of receipt of the copy of the transfer

Delivery takes place within 3 working days following the shipping

The customer can make the payment by BANK TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL (credit cards and prepaid credit cards).

Bibione Terme S.p.A. guarantees that all the cosmetic products will be delivered equal to those indicated and described in the site and in compliance with all the rules regarding the preservation of the products until the time of delivery.
In the case of packaged products, the manufacturer is also responsible for the authenticity and completeness of the information on the packaging. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate the recognition of the products.
As provided by the Consumer Code D.LGS 206/05 (ex right of withdrawal), Bibione Terme S.p.A. customers can benefit from the "money back guarantee" option with the possibility to return the products purchased within 10 working days of receipt, except for products which, by nature, cannot be returned.
To request a refund you must send a letter or an e-mail within 10 working days from receipt, specifying the non-conformity of the product.
The customer will send the intact and resellable products at his own expense to the following address:

The goods will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the communication by the customer.

● Does the voucher have a cardholder?
The voucher is not registered. The name of the sender is the ONLY one indicated. It can be used by anyone as long as you deliver the voucher to the checkout desk in paper format or show it from your smartphone.
● If I purchase more than one product, how many vouchers will be issued?
If you make a SINGLE purchase, the voucher is ALWAYS SINGLE even if the products purchased are more than one (eg: 1 adult daily access for the pools + 1 Gift Card + 1 Massage SPA Oil Candle = one voucher).
● How do I get a voucher for every product purchased?
If you want to have a voucher for each product purchased, you must make as many purchases as the products.
● Is the voucher single even when I purchase more than 1 quantity of a single product?
ONLY one voucher is generated even when you buy ONLY ONE product with 1 or MORE quantities (ex: 4 adult daily entrances for the pools = one voucher).
● I got the words INVALID MAIL. What can I do?
If you make a purchase from a smartphone/tablet and, during the wizard, the words "MAIL NOT VALID" exit, we recommend that you try to RELOAD the page.
● It is my first purchase on this portal. Do I have to register or not?
If you are a NEW CUSTOMER and it is the first time you make a purchase on the shop of www.bibioneterme.it, you can purchase the products you want WITHOUT going to the LOGIN section. This will only be opened from the SECOND PURCHASE ONWARDS, when a USERNAME and PASSWORD will be assigned to the customer.
