Vascular rehabilitation

Efficient vascular rehabilitation cycles are available at the famous Bibione Spa.

The Surgical Clinic II of the University of Padua has conducted important longitudinal epidemiological studies on thermal therapy for vasculopathies and arteriopathies, confirming its validity.

Lower limb diseases include chronic phlebitis, chronic venous insufficiency, surgical outcomes and varicose veins. In addition to vascular rehabilitation, the Spa offers ozone therapy in single tubs with hydromassage, along with complementary treatments such as pressotherapy and lymph drainage massages.

Recommended treatments:

Vascular rehabilitation with hydromassage:
This program uses the physical properties of water, such as temperature and pressure. The walk in a pool at different temperatures (34°C and 24°C) with alkaline-sodium bicarbonate water lasts 20 minutes.

Ozonized whirlpool in single tub:
Ozone is bubbled into the single tubs, promoting the absorption of oxygen in the skin and stimulating circulation.

Pressotherapy:
Pressotherapy uses inflatable sleeves on the lower limbs to apply peristaltic pressure that helps compensate for pathological venous hypertension and reduce edema.

Manual lymphatic drainage:
Manual lymphatic drainage promotes lymphatic return and helps reduce lymphedema.
