The 7th Sauna and Wellness Master Course, organized in collaboration with "Amanti della Sauna Academy" and under the patronage of ASSOSAUNA, successfully concluded at the Wellness Area of Bibione Thermae. Held on the weekends of October 5-6 and 19-20, 2024, the course attracted wellness enthusiasts and industry professionals eager to deepen their skills.

This course, designed to train new sauna and wellness masters, provided a comprehensive overview of the knowledge necessary to effectively manage the spa experience. A team of industry experts shared their passion and professionalism, providing both practical and theoretical tools.

During the course, fundamental topics were covered, including the history of the sauna, the different types and benefits of saunas, the Kneipp method with its five pillars of health, and the importance of correctly performing sauna rituals. Special attention was given to the practice of aufguss, with lessons on the four basic movements, the use of essential oils, and the organization of scrub and aufguss rituals. Other topics included breathing techniques, the use of Tibetan singing bowls, organizing spa events, and first aid knowledge.

The course concluded with a final exam, during which participants demonstrated the skills they had acquired, receiving the certification as Sauna and Wellness Masters.
