No reservation is required to access the pools.
You can purchase the entrances to the pools both in the BUY section of our website and in person at the reception of the Thermal Pools.
In case of high turnout, access is not guaranteed.
You must leave the pool area half an hour before closing time.
At the reception of the Thermal Pools you can buy: slippers, swim caps, towels, goggles, armbands, diapers, swimwear.
At the reception of the Thermal Pools you can rent: towels, bathrobes, slippers, swim caps, goggles, armbands, diapers, swimwear.
The following regulations for access and use of the facilities, prepared by Management, are posted on the notice board at the entrance to the changing rooms.
Access and Hours
The thermal pools and the Wellness Area are accessible during the hours displayed to the public at the entrance.
It is only permitted to remain inside until half an hour before the thermal spa closes.
In case of high attendance, entrances may be temporarily closed. On such days, strollers are not allowed in the Pool area and must remain in the changing rooms.
In case of maximum attendance, there may not be enough loungers available for all guests.
Hygiene and Safety Rules
Before entering the thermal pools and the Wellness Area, a soapy shower is recommended.
Wearing a swimsuit and pool slippers is mandatory.
It is mandatory to place a towel or bathrobe on the lounger before lying down.
In the Wellness Area, wearing a swimsuit or pareo is mandatory, preferably in non-synthetic fabric.
Wearing a swim cap is mandatory in the thermal pools.
In saunas, placing a towel on the bench before sitting is mandatory, ensuring no part of the body touches the wood directly.
Entering the sauna with slippers is prohibited.
Swimmers must be free from infectious diseases, wounds, or conditions deemed incompatible with access to the pools.
Access to the Wellness Area and thermal pools is prohibited for individuals not in perfect physical or hygienic condition.
Management may request a medical check-up at any time.
Behavioral Rules
Access or continued stay will not be permitted for individuals under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting inappropriate behavior, whether in the pools or outside.
Management reserves the right to deny access to anyone disturbing the peace and decorum of the environment. Such individuals may also be asked to leave the facility at any time, without ticket refund.
Entering barefoot or with regular shoes is prohibited; plastic or rubber slippers are mandatory. Only service personnel may wear sneakers.
Diving, pushing, jumping from edges, pranks, and running along the pool edges are prohibited.
The use of fins, masks, air mattresses, and glass or ceramic objects is not allowed in the pool area.
Underwater diving is prohibited.
No more than 20 people may be present in the saunas at the same time.
Aufguss is performed only by sauna masters authorized by Management.
Usage and Stay Recommendations
It is recommended not to stay in the thermal pools for more than 20 consecutive minutes.
It is advised to stay in the sauna for a maximum of 15 minutes.
For saunas and cabins, follow posted instructions and contact staff for any clarifications.
It is recommended to wait at least three hours between meals and bathing in the thermal pool.
In the relaxation area, leave loungers free of personal items to allow regular guest rotation.
Prohibitions and Restrictions
Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including terraces.
Taking photos and videos of third parties is prohibited in all areas, including terraces.
To maintain decorum, large backpacks, bags, or holdalls are not allowed inside the Wellness Area.
Consuming food and drinks in the areas adjacent to the pools and in the relaxation areas is prohibited.
Bringing food and drinks from outside is prohibited.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited inside the Wellness Area.
Pouring water on hot stones is prohibited; please ask the staff to perform this operation.
Pouring essential oils or other substances not provided by Management is also prohibited, to avoid allergy risks.
Bringing oils, salts, honey, products, and accessories of any kind into the saunas or steam bath is prohibited.
Bringing drinks in glass containers or cans is also prohibited.
Additional Information
Management is not responsible for damage or theft of personal items brought in or stored in lockers.
Management accepts no responsibility for damage or accidents caused by guest carelessness.
Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Access to the Wellness Area is prohibited for children under 14 years of age.
Children aged 0 to 3 must wear containment swimsuits or specific swimming diapers.
Staff instructions must be followed; anyone who does not comply with the general rules or the facility regulations may be asked to leave without a ticket refund.

With water constantly at 33 ºC - 34 ºC, you can be carried away by the sweetness of hydromassage and the reassuring sound of the flowing water. Here, between jets of water, geysers and waterfalls and countercurrent paths, every tension dissolves, while time stops and the mind relaxes.
