The online purchase of tickets is not equivalent to a reservation.

The tickets for 3-4 hours are only valid for Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays but they are available only at the pools' reception on the same day.

Also in the case of tickets purchased online, it will be necessary to go to the pools' reception to gain access.

Every ticket purchased online is  valid for 12 months from the order date.
