Craniosacral Therapy
The cranio-sacral technique was born in the 1930s thanks to the osteopath Dr. William Sutherland, who realized the existence of a small degree of movement of the cranial sutures that allowed them to move or "breathe", pulsating with the body. The cranio-sacral treatment is based on the principle that, through the delicate touch of the bones of the skull, spine and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid into the central nervous system, that is, the fluid around the brain and spinal cord, can be rebalanced. This technique manages to remove the "blockages" caused by "trauma". In fact, the skull-sacral system is connected to the musculoskeletal system through the vascular system and the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
