Salt room
Halotherapy (from "halos", "salt" in Greek) is a natural therapy based on the benefits of inhaled micronized medical sodium chloride in a specially created environment.
The Salt Room is an environment entirely covered with salt inside which a micronizer pulverizes the salt spreading its particles, thus recreating a marine microclimate.
The Salt Room was created especially for children, even very small ones, because rock salt (purer salt without iodine) has no contraindications and helps to strengthen the immune system. Inside the Salt Room, among the grains of salt, children have several games available and parents can relax on comfortable deck chairs, just like on the beach. The children can sit on the salt layer and play freely while they breathe in the ionised air.
The Salt Room is mainly recommended for treating diseases of the respiratory system such as asthma, sinusitis, bronchitis and laryngitis. The salt ions act mainly on respiration, improving the condition of the mucous membranes, bronchi and respiratory tract in general.
The Salt Room is also very useful for those who suffer from dermatological diseases such as psoriasis, and for those with circulation problems, hypertension, rheumatic diseases, metabolic disorders, allergies and stress.
Salt has the ability to absorb moisture, promoting a deflating and decongesting effect.
The recommended sessions are 12, for a daily duration of 30 minutes.
At the end of the cycle, after a suspension of 30/40 days and on medical advice, you can repeat a maintenance cycle ranging from 6 to 12 sessions.
