In the SPA Estate gazebo, on the splendid Bibione beach, you can take yoga lessons: a millenary discipline accessible to all, a concrete experience of well-being and awareness. Yoga requires no skill, physical strength or special knowledge: it is a personal path based on willpower. Through practice, you will discover how the body reflects the state of the mind - and how psychophysical balance arises from this connection.
